Tonia Croft — Co-Founder & LREA
With 8 years of industry experience spanning sales, business management, and team leadership, I’ve supported top-producing agents, managed high-performing teams, and built operational systems that make daily tasks more efficient and client experiences seamless. I know the end-to-end sales process intimately, from appraisal to settlement and everything in between.
Too often, agents either do all their own admin (and limit their growth) or hire full-time employees who can be costly, unreliable, or inconsistent. Rezii was born to bridge that gap, bringing the kind of systems and expertise usually reserved for elite teams to every agent who wants to grow.
Rae Strachan — Co-Founder
With 20+ years in brand, marketing, and operations, I’ve led projects across real estate, e-commerce, fashion, and retail in Australia, Hong Kong, London, and beyond. From co-founding Hong Kong’s largest online baby store to managing brand and marketing for premium Sydney real estate groups, I thrive on building campaigns that elevate brands and deliver growth.
My experience spans strategic planning, team leadership, content and design — with a passion for clear communication and strong partner relationships. I enjoy creating engaging collateral, building trusted networks, and optimising systems that help businesses grow while staying true to their values.
Tarkan Sivas — Director of New Business
Tarkan is a results-driven business development professional with a strong customer service background and over four years’ experience inside major real estate brands like McGrath & Ray White. Energetic and relationship-focused, he understands the many moving parts of a real estate business and the value of offloading lower-value tasks to stay focused on growth.
Starting his career with premium automotive brands including Mercedes-Benz, he built strong negotiation, communication and service skills that help him understand agent needs quickly and recommend the right solutions — even when clients aren’t sure where to begin.
As Head of New Business & VA Placement at Rezii, Tarkan works closely with agents to understand their processes, tech stack and pain points, then places Virtual Assistants who integrate seamlessly. Focused on outcomes and long-term relationships, he helps agents scale smarter with more time for prospecting and listings, and less admin overwhelm.
